Coordinator Human Resources Talent Acquisition
Skydance Media is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Coordinator Human Resources Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the human resources field, with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including offer letters and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
