Austria Vienna has secured a spot in the Europa League playoffs after a 2-0 win over TSV Hartberg in the Austrian Bundesliga playoff final on Saturday.
Goals from Dominik Fitz in the first half and Muharem Huskovic in the second half were enough to give Austria Vienna the victory and a chance to qualify for the Europa League.
The win was a much-needed one for Austria Vienna, who had finished the regular season in fifth place and had to win the playoffs to qualify for the Europa League.
Austria Vienna will now face the fourth-placed team in the Bundesliga, Sturm Graz, in the Europa League playoffs on 29 May 2024.
